Chestnut-sided Warbler: Similar to Yellow but commonly lacks stutter phrase, and averages lower. Typical primary song (MN cut) has distinct accented me-chew ending: pleased pleased pleased ta meet-you. Secondary song (TN cut) more rambling, without accented ending. Another common song type (NY cut) has a stutter phrase and closely matches some Yellow Warbler songs. Listen for differences in delivery: Yellows commonly switch song types while Chestnut-sideds tend to sing same song over and over.
